After you arrive
Post-landing services for newcomers
After you land, there is a lot to set up. In your first weeks you need a Social Insurance Number, a health card, a bank account, a phone plan and a place to live, and your PR card has to reach the right address. We help with all of it, starting with a pickup at the airport.

Common questions
When will my PR card arrive?
IRCC mails it to the Canadian address you give. Times vary, so check IRCC's processing times page and keep your address up to date.
Do I need a SIN right away?
Yes, if you plan to work. You need a Social Insurance Number to work and to get government benefits, so most newcomers apply in their first days.
Do you really pick people up from the airport?
Yes, it is one of the services on our list. Tell us your flight when you book.
